i have read reviews saying bill is the same. duh that is what is represented. you pay nothing to convert to solar. you pay for what is generated at 15 cents/kw which is basicly baseline power co price. However although small savings at first will buffer you from future rate increases. this seems smart to me. i can avoid paying into second and third tier rates . i pay nothing to go green. My rep (Clint Walker)energy consultant never proposed anything but modest savings initally. its the future buffer and savings i am excited about. i dont have thousands of dollars to go solar. this program costs me $0. all maintience is on them. i am just changing power companies. forgive spelling errors thank you.... read more
