1/16/2014 This product has seams which are tack welded to facilitate easier handling; the box clearly states that the welds sometimes come apart during shipping, and that it does not effect the product or the warranty. Even though this was not a damage or warranty claim, we promptly sent replacements out before even retrieving the original package in order to give good customer service. The claim of "not receiving them" is either false or was written prematurely as we shipped the replacements the very next day.
