Reuben is awesome to work with and he's very patient and knowledgeable. Guess that what you would expect from a Stanford grad! Him and his crew came on time to the installation and worked very hard to sundown for 3 straight days over the weekend. We were never bothered as we had our errands to do and I especially liked the fact that he showed us the work that was being done on the roof. You may want to opt out on this if you're afraid of heights but I always like to see the actual work.
