SolarMax Technology

After reading the reviews I was skeptical about going with SolarMax. We signed up in May with Jeff and the process did take a while. The lag time seemed to be with the city permits and was not SolarMax's fault. Install happened in August which took two days and was explained by the project manager Katrina.

The first day was the roof and the second day was the solar. Upon inspection of the system the city inspector mentioned that we had some damaged tiles. We called customer service "Garrett" I believe his name was and they promptly fixed the tiles.

Monitoring was installed about three weeks later in which they required use of our internet router. We had a problem three days later with our internet and again they sent a tech out to fix it. Turns out the problem was with AT&T and not SolarMax's equipment.

Our system has been on since October again delays with Edison but this was explained by SolarMax. We can see our production everyday through our computer in which my husband is on the site everyday
