wrt "on schedule" installation was later than expected, but when there are thunderstorms & hurricanes, you can only expect so much.
After sales support: Colette contacted us when she learned that system wiring needs to be protected against squirrels. And again, when our system failed to communicate with the net--- turns out the problem was our router, not the system itself. And again when we asked why the inverter was beeping--- once more, not the system beeping, but the Verizon BBU on the other side of the wall!... read more
