The delays are because of the utility company SRP and there is nothing we can do to change their schedule. Also, the panel being discontinued, and in an effort save the customer $2500 by searching the entire United States. We finally found a derated main breaker in New York, paying a premium for the customer plus shipping. PEP Solar is a world renowned company and the only company to be installing residential solar electric since 1981. PEP Solar has always been communicating, and providing outstanding service to this couple as we will continuously demonstrate with all members of our community.
