I couldn't be more happy with the whole process from beginning to end. Holly, the sales rep, was genuinely nice and helpful, I never felt any pressure to buy or commit to anything. The process was explained very well and Holly was there every step of the way. Come installation day, the crew was also very nice and friendly. They were very efficient and managed to install the whole system in one day (should have taken two due to the size). Great teamwork on their part. Overall I'm very happy.
