Complete Solar

When we decided to "go solar" we had done our homework. We knew how we were helping the environment and we knew how we were helping our pocketbook. We told the rep that we didn't want the hard sell...we just wanted to know how much it was going to cost. And that's exactly what he delivered. We had interviewed other companies in the past that wanted to go through their whole spiel, but CSS just came prepared to talk about how many panels we'd need and how much it would cost, then they left us to make our own decision. The installers were great. They came and went as needed and didn't get in our way. When the panels arrived, the one on the very bottom (1 out of 10) was damaged. Instead of installing the other 9 panels, they did a rush order for another complete set, just to be sure that there was nothing wrong with any of them. We've had solar for about 8 months now and wish we had done it sooner. Our initial ROI was about 8 years, but our actual savings has dropped that to below 6 years at this point. And with the recent SDGE rate increase that is going to drop even faster. Overall, we couldn't be happier with CSS and we've recommended them to friends and family. Thanks CSS!... read more
