I met Ken Davami outside A-1 one Saturday and decided to get a consultation after having a bad experience with another solar company. Ken was prompt and super organized. He laid out the design, needs, and process clearly and concisely, and also helped me through the financing aspect via Ygrene. We signed up in April knowing that June 27th was the tentative start date. Construction started on time and the project kept to the original cost and schedule. The workers were courteous, neat, and entertaining. Everything went according to plan and was so smooth with almost no hitches (I say almost because 1) it was 100+ degrees during install and 2) they hit an unknown water line about 5 minutes after starting to trench, but they had it fixed immediately).
