Once the installers arrived they were very clear with what they needed in order to facilitate ease of installation. They were very professional and made sure to inform us quickly of any complications requiring our feedback. The only suggestion I would make is for an informational email/letter/call to let the buyer know exactly what needs to be done to prepare the property for installation, such as moving items and clearing certain areas (like a driveway).... read more
