There appeared to be a lack of communication between the various departments within the Horizon Solar Power Company and the customer. Individuals would show up at the house unannounced wanting to take pictures of the equipment installed even thought an individual was there the day before who did the same thing. Had three separate visits by individuals who were there to fix the problem with the original installation, stating that the prior individual did it wrong.... read more
