Brad was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, courteous and professional.They were some unexpected delays that were due to external causes (e.g. various organizations' red tapes) but Brad was on top of things and admirably tried to push those delays forward. Even some unforeseen issues that cropped up were dealt with promptly. Additionally, the communication was excellent for every step of the way.
