My salesman was a great guy and the people on the phone were the nicest most polite people. Then the problems started... dozens of phone calls and we need to come out and check this and that etc... annoying but ok. Then the evening before install I get a call that we didn't get a permit.... and then they had to delay again a couple weeks later. Finally in June they install and then call me a month later to tell me the bank they were using went under. I found out later that this all happened months prior and they installed my system without telling my. Now I'm dealing with Sun nova which is another bank and its been 6 months and my system is still not working... I've been lied to so many times by people calling my from New Jersey... if I knew they were a Jersey company I would have slammed the door in their face.
