Customer expectations were managed well. Communications were consistent and useful. The only issue was a misunderstanding in communication in regards to a rebate however the company acknowledged there may have been a misunderstanding and IMMEDIATELY came back with a very generous offer as a sign of good faith.
The roofers and electricians were very professional and pleasant and they did an excellent job. There are no leaks in the roof post-installation and the whole install is very neat and tidy.... read more
