James Preece is one of the best customer service reps I know. One day I was at Lepages Market in Cohoes New York he was there advertising for vivint. Having in a horrible experience with vivint in the past I was quick to tell people in the store not to go with solar or this company. James was very quick to ask me why I was so upset with this company. I explained to him and X employee from vivint came to my house took all the information and never contact me ever again even after many calls. Which is truth in record. James took it upon himself to contact me again and fix things for this company in short we are now getting solar panels with the easiest painless work on my behalf ever he made it so easy I doubted the entire process thinking it would be a repeat. In less than two weeks he calls back and says we are approved. He was happy you can only imagine how happy I was. I was in shock my family is still in shock.James Preece irreplaceable as customer service tech. Let's be honest I was not going to go for another solar install with any solor company .
