Started process of installing Sun Power system in Feb. Took AZ Solar Concepts 4 months to getting around to installing system that is at least 20% underpowered. AZ Solar Concepts did not install system as approved resulting in the project being red tagged by the city. AZ Solar Concepts ignored HOA requirements, installing an unapproved inverter shield that was rejected. Complaints to AZ Solar Concepts received repeated excuses for failure to perform. Stopped attempting to get them to complete installation per city & HOA requirements. Stay away from AZ Solar Concepts.... read more
