I wanted to give some thought on how I would write this review because I too based my decision to hire a solar installer on what others have said.ln today's world of slick advertisements and high dollar ads you get herded into the mainstream of the solar industry's most popular and nationwide solar installers.
Enter SolarReviews,I came across their website as I had already gotten four quotes and was about to make a decision between leasing or purchasing. After reviewing solar installers in SolarReviews (some of which I had quotes from) l came across Black Platinum Solar and Electric.
At the time I reviewed Black Platinum Solar and Electric I was immediately impressed with their high rating and decided to read further. I thought how is it in today's world a solar installation company can have a perfect 5 star rating! After reading most of their reviews a common theme became apparent, personal service from this family run business. Toni Black got the ball rolling with a questionnaire requesting information on our electricity usage.She explained the process and told use what to expect as we moved along. Folks this process takes a few months from start to finish but APS has added personal and it has speeded up.We were kept in the loop as John Black reviewed our usage and home location to design the best system based on our current needs and future needs.We will be retiring in a few short years and will consume more electric as we are home more.After talking to John about purchasing versus leasing it really was in our best interest to purchase a system based on the incentives currently available.
Passionate a word not used very often in any service industry and is one of Black Platinum Solar and Electric's main reasons for their highest ranking.John not only is the owner but a designer and installer! John's crew was friendly,courteous and professional,taking care to keep things organized and neat.All questions about the project where answered and as we proceeded any changes needed where accommodated.
In closing I would highly recommend Black Platinum Solar and Electric as your solar system installation choice. I understand this is a big investment and no one wants to be disappointed with their decision. You won't be! Oh, our last electric bill was $32.23 from $191.00 monthly on balanced billing.Nice!... read more
