Enphase Energy

We had a 30 panel array installed in Athens, GA on Dec 2011. We now have four microinverters to install to replace dead ones. These will make ten microinverters we have had to replace. Enphase does provide replacement microinverters but I have to find someone to replace them. Original installers are in Atlanta and charge quite a premium to drive out and replace. There are local solar companys but it ain't cheap. I'm thinking I may get some financial benefit from this system yet but I doubt it. From all the one star reviews seems like we could mount a class action suit if anyone knows how!

Dear Mac30605,

We are very sorry to hear about your Microinverter failures and I assure you that Enphase will continue to stand behind our warranty of replacing trouble units. If you are having trouble contacting your installer or if your installer has gone out of business, you can find a new installer with the Enphase Installer Network (http://installers.enphase.com/locator.html)

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to share any further concerns with Enphase. My direct line is (877) 797-4743 extension 7250, or you can send me an email at charris@enphaseenergy.com.

Warm regards,
Charlotte Harris
