Semper Solaris

This review is long overdue. We have interviewed at least 10 companies prior. By the middle of it, we knew we wanted Sunpower panels for their quality & warranty, so we spoke with other companies who exclusively installed Sunpower. We chose Semper because we had read from other customers about its company integrity and upon meeting with Bob, our rep, we were settled with the company. Semper was very competitive in its pricing, but most of all, we got more than what we paid for. They were trustworthy, hard working and expeditious in every aspect. They addressed every concern and never for a moment, we felt we impinged on their time. They were happy to help us from the installation to the approval from the city & Edison, which says a lot about their professionalism & expertise. Bob assured us from the beginning that it wouldn't be an issue to have the panels approved, while a few other companies had been hesitant. He had delivered on his promise. We were also happy with our correspondence with the technical manager, Anthony, who kept the schedule on time and addressed all technical concerns. We had spoken to 10 companies, so we learned so much in the end. Solar panels are a huge long term investment, so you want a trustworthy, reliable company to install the best panels in the market. Even though Semper is based in San Diego and we are in Orange County, we felt no difference in the distance. They were fast and efficient, as if they were located right down the street.
