By far the worst experience I have every had with a company. They are misleading on the sales pitch, they install the panel and run the wires how THEY want to, not how you want to. They leave old meters hanging on house and want to charge you to remove them. Their estimate on how many panels you need are WAY under, I order 3 more then they quoted and still make a payment to the electrical company. The sales office has no clue what is going on, they call and give information on what happened 3 weeks ago. The install forman has never returned my calls/emails. The sales guy says "your the only customer i have had issues with", yet i read review after review of people in my shoes. This company is HORRIBLE ... and I hate saying it but its true. You can find the same quality panels and the same price from a solar company that actually cares. PLEASE do your homework on this company before you spend 10's of thousands of dollars so they can treat you like garbage.... read more
