I have a 10 year old solar system that had been experiencing intermittent inverter failure that was negatively impacting my daily solar production. Since my inverter was out of the warranty period, I was having difficulty locating a company that would come out to my home, diagnose the issue, and provide a solution. American Solar Direct was incredibly helpful. Nate (their service technician) was knowledgeable and able to articulate the issue (my old inverter was on it's last leg - this is what I ascertained from his technical explanation). I was pleasantly surprised to discover Nate had a replacement in his van and within 30 minutes of his arrival, I was up and running again! I've check my inverter over the last several days, and my solar panels are running as well as they were prior to the inverter failure.
