Made a huge mistake signing up with so called Trinity Solar. They have no credibility and are using school kids to sell the system and then they find financial partners to support their installation. They also have third party installers and inspectors which makes it impossible to talk to know who is operating this company. We are totally frustrated - it's been 8 months and system is inactive with no one claiming responsibility for this mess. They first blamed the inspection on BGE but one of the inspectors informed that stickers were not properly posted so they have to re-inspect. After 6 long months and continuously lies and blame on third parties, they said we have partnered with another financial partner so-called sunnova energy - the new contract shockingly added 5 more years to lease terms. There is absolutely no responsibility and we are in for a long legal battle with this company. Everyone should be aware of these scammers and their third-party commission model.
