Highly recommend, simply awesome, customer focused. I took months to search for right solar contractor, talked with many big ones and local ones. I am so glad I chose Mass Renewables. I took long time to figure out the right proposal with them, but it was me not them delaying. Dianne (sales-woman) was not once impatient, was happy to talk any time, provided as much information as I wanted. Then I met with owner Mike and had a very similar experience. They were not just trying to sell but build trust and made me aware of many small nitty gritty stuff. Finally I decided to go ahead with installation. Mine was not on the roof, but a ground mount tracker, for which installation was slightly delayed, probably because not many people do it and parts take time to arrive. The installation was seemless, the whole crew was courteous and the other owner Jeff took extreme care and addressed my concerns.
