The entire process was seemless. I liked that they would not take your order on the first visit, giving us time to think about it. They handled all the permits and dealt with the electric company as well as setting up accounts for us to sell our credits and get the Marylland solar grant. They were very responsive to questions before AND after the installation. There are 14 east facing and 14 west facing panels so both arrays aren't in direct sun at the same time however I have seen peak output at up to 6.2 kW.
