After installation support has been terrible. I have had service problems since Aug 2015 and am still trying to have the issue repaired. Once they finally decided they needed and electrician (Dec 2015) and ordered a noise suppression part (Jan 2016) which did not arrive until May 2016 the electrician does not show up on May 18, 2016 as previously reserved.
