Our experience with Ross Solar was 5-star perfect in every way except one. Due, I believe, to their rapid expansion at the time we employed them, there were multiple delays in getting our system installed, and there were times it was not clear what should be happening. I believe these issues came from Ross Solar being a small company at the time in the midst of expansion, and would not expect them to be a problem any longer.
Every other aspect was 100% excellent - the sales staff were knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and helped us get the best fit for our home. The engineers and electricians were top notch, efficient, happy to answer questions, and did work that has given us no issues and looks very well-put-together.
The one time we had a system fault (due to our old rattly garage door shaking loose a connection) they were able to get an electrician out to fix it free of charge within a few days.
