I Recently bought a solar hot wat system from IQ Power in January of 2014... There were some basic problems with the system leading me to call IQ for service. At first I was a little worried because I found out that the the system I have was not even being carried by IQ anymore as their is a new owner and new management etc.
fortunately, the new owner (ivy) was very considerate and helped fix our system even though she didn't have to. I know this may not be a big deal that some may see worth praise, but for my family, not having to come out of pocket $500 to fix the system was an unbelievable relief. I am very pleased with the New IQ and if I'm the future I decide to get solar panels added, I will go with them first.... read more
