My husband and I were very impressed with the entire process from consultation through the installation of solar in our home. Richard Smith (the owner) and Sam Smith (the sales person) both visited our home to provide a complete overview of the process to convert to solar, including testimonials, specific details on the system and warranty, and financial return over time. After the initial conversation, we felt very confident in the investment. The exceptional service we received that evening carried through during the entire process with regular communication and updates from Sam Smith on the process to the helpful nature of all the crew installing the system in our home. When we had questions about our pool pump working with the new system, Universal Solar sent out their crew to check our system and offer solutions. We would recommend Universal Solar to anyone considering converting their home to solar energy. They make the process easy!
