Kudos to our salesman Kendall for his total patience with us. We were firm about wanting to pay for the system out of pocket, and not finance it on a credit card. This process took more than 6 months after our first meeting to square away the necessary funding to make the purchase and pay in full upon installation. The crew was efficient, clean, respectful, and friendly. They completed the install by mid afternoon that same day. All the staff at IWS have been responsive and even proactive in the entire process.
