Our system update was installed on schedule and Norm Johnson was able to interface with our existing controls! After installation of new panels the new system would not operate automatically. We contacted Norm, he set up an appointment to return to our home, and he was able to assess and relocate sensors to allow the system to operate automatically so that it is operating well now.
