After sifting through a few companies, I landed on Solar-Fit. They were local, had an in house installation crew and everyone I spoke with at the company was very knowledgable. From beginning to end the process to go solar was easy with Solar-Fit. Installation crew was knowledgable and cleaned up everything when they left. I would definitely recommend Solar-Fit.

AFTER THE INSTALL POOL SOLAR PANELS
1. POOL INSTALL AND SOLAR 9/2019. LEFT ME WITH NO DOCS CONCERNING INSTALL OTHER THAN PANEL WARRANTY AND RECIEPT FOR PMT. INVOICE DID NOT DETAIL EQUIPMENT OR WARRANTY. 2. AFTER 60 DAYS FOUND COLD WATER FROM JETS. REQUEST FOR SERVICE CALL BLOCKED BY A "JOE" AFTER MORE CALLS FOR HELP WERE DENIED, I LETTERED OWNER "WM GALLAGHER" SERVICE CALL ANSWERED. PROBLEM WAS "A VALVE ADJUSTMENT " WAS NEEDED. 3.AS OF 10/2022 I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE VALVE ACTUATOR AND PENTAIR SOLARTOUCH CONTROL. $790.00 I SHOULD HAVE DONE MORE HOMEWORK.

Beware of the owners promises. He will say anything to get the sale and his daughter then cleans up the mess he makes.

Solar fit was a great service from start to finish.
Such a very nice service from Start to finish. Started with Sam the salesman to several men that worked several days getting everything on The house and connected. We enjoy our HOT water so much, spending much more time in the pool and looking for electric bill to go down. Most sunny days we are producing over 50 % solar or more.

Solar Hot Water
Solar Fit installed our water heater in 2013 and it has been fantastic! There were no issues with installation and our water has never been hotter! And the savings on our electric bill were more than the water heater cost to install so it practically paid for itself. Could not recommend enough!

Solar Pool Heating System
We had our solar pool heating system installed by Solar-Fit and we couldn't be happier. From our sales rep, Joe to the professional installation, to the performance of the system itself. As promised, we are able to enjoy our pool much earlier in the season than our neighbors who don't have a pool heating system. I would highly recommend Solar-Fit to anyone who is interested in having a pool heating system installed or any other solar power system. BAD Company - Beware
Sales Pitch and performance of system was WAY over promised. Dealt with the owner Bill Gallagher and everything he said never happened. I made the mistake of buying every product and service he offered. This included 18 of the top of the line SUN POWER solar panels, DC solar panel based 'Split' air conditioner for my garage/wood shop, thermal blanket for attic, solar powered attic fan, solar assisted high efficiency water heater, etc. This was all with the idea that spending around $55k would lower our Duke Energy bill from $229/mo avg for the year down to the min $9 service charge. Instead what I got was to lower my avg bill by $79. $55k divided by $79 = 696 months. My new air conditioner has only been used for 20 to 30 days and has broken down 3 times already. They put in such a cheap unit when it broke they had no parts and I had to wait over a week for the them to fix it. I have made over 20 phone calls to speak with SolarFit owner, Bill Gallagher and he never calls me back. The one time I reached him he said I will have to call you back (NOT!). Maybe you would say they haven't done anything illegal; but I feel like I AM DEALING WITH CROOKS.

Solar-Fit did an excellent job from beginning to end! We are enjoying a great deal of savings from our solar water heater. We plan to call on Solar-Fit when we are ready to install solar electric as well. Their clean, professional installation and outfit overall exceeded our expectations.<br />
