Very Glad We Went With Them
We talked with several companies and decided on one when we got a call to see one more, Solar Energy World. So glad we did. From the second the saleman , Dillan Strabbe came in until the system turned on, it was nothing but professional. Every person and crew that was to be here at a given time was on time and went right to work, no coffee breaks just work. The install was done neat and everything was picked up and left as found. Every person that we encountered was polite. Any questions we had we called Dillan who always picked up the phone and answered everything. We are referring several people to this company and letting them know how pleased we are. Oh, and they had the best price for everything too!

Love the Solar. Great Company. Easy Process.
Interviewed solar several companies. SolarEnergyWorld was more upfront & honest about what you really needed in your Solar package. Our Solar rep Jeff Nachman was great! Easy to work with and explained things every step of the way. A year after our solar install, Jeff still reaches out to see if we have any questions. The Solar crew stayed very focused on their work and were very professional. The quality of our installation was outstanding.

Exceptional Service
Superb service from day 1! Everything was done in a timely manner and within estimated time. The entire team was professional and courteous. Panels were installed properly the first time and look great. Jeff is very knowledgeable and honest about acquiring solar panels. He kept me informed every step of the process. Seamless process from start to finish
The entire process was seamless. It was only 24 days from contract signing to authorization from the local power company to turn on the system. The installation, 30 panels, was completed in one day with no disruption to our normal daily family routine. Solar Energy World handled all the paper work and process including county inspections and coordination with the local power company to install the new electric meter. They also submitted the paper work for us to the Maryland Energy Administration for our state-funded solar energy rebate. The only time required of me was to sign all the necessary documents which were provided electronically. In summary, a five star experience from start to finish.

Customer service has changed
Until the past several months, I was extremely happy with the service provided by Solar Energy World. Recently, customer service has become very poor. There are slow / no responses to emails, and calling leads to being sent around in circles. As I write this email, I am waiting to hear when/ if they will come to upgrade from 2G to 4G service. This is very disappointing.

SEW Near Perfect Solar Installation Experience
SEW did a great job in solar installation right from the initial consulting to the final installation. They were very responsive, willing to work with the clients on their specific needs, customization, etc. My solar advisor/rep was Katie and she is absolutely fantastic and did a perfect job in the right communication throughout this process. Katie took her time to explain the entire process and was regularly in touch with us till the installation was completed. We were probably one of the tougher customers to deal with and so we really appreciate all the patience and cooperation that Katie and SEW team showed. The installation crew was also very professional in their job. No issues at all. After the installation, we realized that our consumption meter was not properly activated. SEW responded very quickly to connect us with their service team to fix this. It speaks for their value of the customer even after the installation is completed!!! Highly recommend SEW for solar installation!!
