during the installation process. The installers were very efficient and did a great job cleaning up every night. We did have some confusion regarding a breaker that probably could have been avoided had the company been a little more hands on, then they missed a couple of appts that that delayed the final setup at least 10 days to 2 weeks. We have now had the system operational for a week and we have had received no follow-up or call back from Keith, even though we directly emailed him and requested him to come out and give us the follow-up training he promised. I explained to him early on he could improve his bids/presentations by including a sheet with references and pictures (we had to ask for that), a sheet with websites that describe the products and/or rebates or he should have a website that includes that info and recommend people to visit it. He should also improve the payment schedule. We didn`t always agree on what constitutes completion of his tasks to warrant payment. They should be outlined as payment 1 includes: xxx, payment 2 xxx, etc so that products correlate to the payments. Also, no where on his bid does it say there will be an additional charge for VISA. The price was increased to accomodate that...the bid should specify that!
There are always little situations that are going to arise... All in all....they did a great job. Providing Keith gets back with us as promised!!!
