Terrible Communication and It Took Forever to Get the System Up
We started the process in the middle of February, 2015. We were told it would take 4-6 months for the system to be up and running. It was not up and running at full production until January 13th, 2016. If there was ANY communication, I had to be the one to initiate it. The only exception was when they wanted their money.

I thought the installation team was good until I discovered they put 6 panels in the shade of a tree, which had to be moved to another part of our roof. The reason they put the panels in the shade was because they wouldn't fit where the diagram had them. The diagram had the panels all in one spot, but there wasn't enough room on the roof. Instead of checking with the designer of the diagram, the installers just "stuck" them anywhere.

This entire process was a bit of a nightmare. Another company installed our neighbor's panels, and they were up and running in less than half the time Revco took. I've had neighbors ask about getting panels, and I tell them to go to any company BUT Revco.

Also, when we got our final bill, it was over $1,000 than our contract showed. When I complained about it, they did drop it to $500.

Not happy with the sales rep. after contract agreement
communications. He never made any follow ups to me.
The technicians who did the actual install were great and very professional. gene stricklin 760-256-3969
Everything was done in a timely manner. Nothing but complete professionalism. We enjoy our system!
A problem came up because of our style of roof but it was ultimately resolved in a very satisfactory manner. I was ver pleased with the outcome
We feel very good about having made this decision. It`s a win-win for everyone

I would like more help in dealing with TOU issues in hot climates.
Solar energy remains prohibitively expensive. I am fortunate to have the means to purchase and install, and plan to stay in the home long enough to realize ROI then some savings. Many people are not so fortunate, so until it becomes more affordable I do not see it being widely embraced by the masses.
