There was a problem with the fronius inverter and it needed to be replaced under warranty from fronius. Steve took care of everything even though he was not at fault in any way he went the extra mile and installed the new one and shipped the old one back and came back several times to make sure it was functioning correctly. He handled all the permits, rebates the design of the system, scheduling etc. and he saved me thousands compared to another quote i got. It was so great working with him on the solar electric system, I am now working with him on a solar hot water system for entire house. He also made several energy saving suggestions for my house and guest house and we are making the improvements, for instance a tankless hot water heater for my guest house. A traditional water heater was not an efficient choice for a guest house that is used rarely. He took the time to analyze the heating and cooling systems, the appliances he really did a great job.
