Good install but didn't provide what I thought I was paying for.
I thought I was buy 100% dependancy on Solar. I gave the sales person 12 months of my bills and he told us we would need x number of panels. So we signed up with the stipulation that Brian would help us with our power Problem. Well 50k later Brian came out once then would not recieve or take my calls i talked to the office and sent many emails and left mess on his phone. No responce. Not sure I can recommend them as the after the installation service it hit and miss.

Disappointing service
The owner Brian failed to return calls once product was installed and the cost savings estimated were not accurate. I would not recommend this company.

Stay Away
I was promised MUCH more than what ECS delivered. <br /><br />They are horrible with scheduling and would often tell me they would be out for an install on one date, of which I would take off from work, then not show up. Other times I would get a call from one of their contractors telling me they were on their way out to do an install, but having not scheduled or warned me of that date before hand. As such I would have to take off yet another day with no notice to my boss.<br /><br />I clearly contracted ECS to install specific items, and they literally switched them out with inferior products right at the day of install, or outright did not perform the install at all and attempted to just cover it up. I have been promised restitution and compensation from their co-owner Ms.Mercedes, and their sales rep Mr.Levy, but in over 6 months they have failed to deliver on their promises.<br /><br />Worst yet, I was also promised a full 30% tax credit on the full cost of my project. This is outright tax fraud and only allowed on specifically the solar panels themselves- not anything else included with my install (such as roof or insulation).<br /><br />And the worst of all, I was promised to get close to a net zero utility bill (elec, water & sewer) by getting a large enough solar system to offset it near fully. However, once installed my system has only produced about 1/3 the expected amount. Now I am left with still paying a utility bill AND my 12 year loan amount AND an 18 month 18% interest loan because I cant get the tax refund I was promised on day one.<br /><br />Stay away from ECS. They "might" have been a good company at one point but are now clearly out to milk as many people of their money before going bankrupt.

Timely and professional
I wanted to thank your company for getting our solar pool heating system up and running. Mel the tech you sent is an asset to your company and hope you appreciate him as much as we do. I'll recommend ECS to family and friends, he explained in detail the problems we had with our unit and the course of action he recommended to get our solar unit to its peak efficiency. Surprisingly enough this was not the most expensive way to solve the problem but the cheapest! You guys are great and thank you very much.

Great repair service
I've had my solar water heater for 10 years and it developed a leak. ECS came and fixed it very efficiently. The guys were very polite and knowledgeable!! It's great doing business when the workers care about the customers. Great service.

GOOD COMMUNICATION AND GOOD SERVICE!
I was lucky to be working with a company that understands communication! From the Solar Consultant to the Service Manager and Service Techs everyone knew what was going on. <br /><br />I was told my system might take a few weeks because of the busyness of the season and permiting. Knowing this ahead of time I was better able to plan my activities. Dustin called and updated me on when the work would be started and even called the night before to make sure we were still all on the same page. <br /><br />The Service Techs took the time to answer all my questions. And even explained how the system actually worked. The pains these people took to educate me really proved how much knowledge and experience they have. <br /><br />I am very happy with my system and glad to report there have been no problems or issues. The warranties really give a "peace of mind" to the whole process. And I am happy to report that I am saving money already! And when I am ready to purchase another system I am definately going to ECS-Solar! <br /><br />They know how to treat you right and educate you on your system. You never feel like you are just hanging! <br /><br />Thank you ECS-Solar for helping me go Solar and save money!

I shop around with other contractors. Ecs was by far the best in customer service and most Knowledgeable Brian and Dustin took the time to educate me on my option. I'm very happy with my solar system

ECS Solar are the best !!!
ECS Solar surpassed all my expectations and are one of the most professional businesses I have ever contracted. Their attention to detail combined with their 100% customer satisfaction policy is second to non. Their courteous and punctual staff installed my solar system on time, first time, and within budget. The system looks fantastic on my roof and is already paying dividends (my first electricity bill was minus $4). These are the only guys to choose if you are looking for a solar solution !!

Excellent work
They are are really professional company , the owner is in the Solar Hall of Fame . They have been in business since 1977 . They were the only solar company in business in north Florida from 1977 to 2006 . They experienced in solar hot water ,solar electric and solar pool heating systems .
