MalfunctionIng Main Battery snd Terrible Customer Support
Signed contract with Ecolectrics December 1, 2017. Installation was begun in March 2018 and not completed until late May. The battery was incorrectly switched on by one of their electricians which did not allow it to charge. The battery was completely drained within a few days and could not be recharged by the solar panels. I have been waiting since the end of May for a resolution . The lack of corrective response from this company is outrageous. My energy bills have seen very little reduction since the panels were installed and the output of the system is far below that which was written into the contract. It is October 2 and way past time when this should have been rectified. It seems this company wants legal action taken against them. This system is a total $33,000+ waste of my money. Buyer beware.
