Non existent support
Noticed an issue with one of the panels not producing as much as adjacent panels. Contacted the company on March 31, 2021. Its 8/18/2021 and the issue is still not addressed. The owner is not replying to emails and not answering phone calls. I know they received new inverter under warranty from Enphase to replace mine. Additionally, owner failed to pay referral payment he promised. Another failing Solar business.

We paid for none working panels!! FUN VERY VERY FUN!!
Worst experience with a company Ive ever had. Inspection failure, equipment failure and once you sign Good LUCK after. We are trying to make them fix their S@#!&Y work.One array still DOES NOT work. We paid for none working panels!! FUN VERY VERY FUN!! Please before you invest in your home check references. Go else where. Seeking legal advice, if your experience is similar to ours please contact us, info@inkstudiofx.com so that we could compare and contrast. Would give this Company 0 stars if they'd let me.

Beware working with AllGreenIt for Solar Installation
Allgreenit was contracted for residential solar installation and ongoing service. Annual electric output was guaranteed. Contract states that if system did not meet the guaranteed annual output, they would reimburse electric costs at current market rates. The installed system stopped generating power. Allgreenit took over 5 months to repair and failed to provided reimbursement value as stated in contract. Repeated attempts to contact Allgreenit and resolve the issue have been unsuccessful.

Solar install process
Got some information from sungevity solar at home depot. Gave them a call and recieved a quote via email. They pushed a leasing program. The savings didn''t make sense to me, and they had no details on what type of system would be installed. While searching efficient solar panels an installer named Allgreenit from bristol came up. I contacted them expecting nothing. Michael showed up to survey the sight and to answer questions. He knew the answers and gave me ideas. The quote was less than half of the other installer for lease. I was puzzled because they knew what it was, why so low? I agreed to the deal. The install went very well. Very happy I stumbled on this company.

Solar install.
I was dissatisfied speaking with another installer that didn't seem to know any details but had a price for the job. I was searching for efficient solar panels and stumbled on Allgreenit solar from Bristol, CT. I had no expectations with them. Michael came out to survey the sight. He seemed to know what he was doing. When I discussed what I researched he had no problem installing those panels. The quote that I recieved was not even close to what I got from sungevity. The price was less than half and I did tell them the other quote. I was puzzled why they could be so much less expensive. I agreed to the contract and the install went well. The system exceeds their estimation of how much KWH I would get annually. Totally pleased with the whole process.
