Seeing a drop off in performance on Apollo II shingles

I have a 10.6 kw using the Apollo II shingles. After 5 years, I am seeing a drop off of more than 15% in production. I am not sure if this is normal, but I wouldn't think so. The drop off started immediately. I wash them annual.
